Label (front of bottle): these contain all the information about the wine that is required by legislation: the Cava Designation of Origin, type of Cava (Brut Nature, Brut, Extra Brut, etc.), brand, bottler's registration number and location, alcohol content, allergens, and sulphites.
Lees: solid matter left in a tank or bottle after fermentation, formed by dead yeast and other substances from the grapes.
