As part of its international promotion program in Japan, D.O. Cava will host two professional seminars in Tokyo and Kyoto for sommeliers, restaurateurs, importers, and distributors.
Led by Aki Shidaka and Yuki Kaneko, the sessions will combine educational presentations, tastings, and food pairings of Guarda Superior Cavas, strengthening awareness and positioning of the category in this strategic market.
