To celebrate International Cava Day, D.O. Cava will launch a promotional campaign across 12 restaurants in New York City, together with Consorcio Jamón Serrano, welcoming guests with a glass of Guarda Superior Cava and a serving of Serrano Ham.
Supported by dedicated training sessions for restaurant staff, the initiative aims to strengthen Cava’s positioning within the HORECA channel, encourage on-premise consumption, and reach more than 3,600 consumers.
