OLIVER VITICULTORS

The Oliver Sivill family are above all in love with the Penedès, this land, its vineyards and its landscape. We are winegrowers, proud to keep alive the legacy of our ancestors: the land, which is changing hands from generation to generation. We currently have vineyards in different municipalities of the Penedès: Subirats, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Sant Martí Sarroca, Torrelles de Foix and Font-rubí. In total there are 55 hectares where 12 different varieties of grapes are grown. We have recovered the old winery to carry out the aging of the bottles and afterwards a space has been adapted to be able to serve customers and visitors.
In 2013 we made our dream come true and went on the market with our first cavas: SADURNI OLIVER BRUT NATURE, SADURNI OLIVER BRUT ROSAT and OLIVER VITICULTORES BRUT NATURE.
Currently we make 6 Cavas and 5 Wines, all of them are Brut Nature, Ecological and Vegan.
