Finca San Blas

Finca San Blas is a small-production winery located in Requena, set in a unique and privileged natural environment.

The estate covers 675 hectares, most of which is shrubland, with 55 hectares dedicated to vineyards. The vines are planted in small plots, carefully selected according to the best soil and microclimate for each variety, including Bobal, Garnacha, Merseguera, and Xarel·lo.

All vineyards are cultivated organically, with the utmost respect for the environment. Since 2023, we have been producing Cava from Xarel·lo and Chardonnay as one of the fully integrated producers, overseeing the entire process from vineyard to bottle.
