Escola Agrària de Viticultura i Enologia Mercè Rossell i Domènech

Winery owned by the Generalitat de Catalunya for education in viticulture, oenology and oenological marketing. Founded in 1988, it is proud to be the most important school in professional wine training. The school makes and sells wines and cavas as well as olive oil and other alcoholic beverages such as beer. The school has a winery and vineyard of 11hectares that allows to develop the entire production chain for educational and commercial purposes.
