Cava de guarda superior: Cava Guilera is a small family run cellar from Penedès – Barcelona, founded in 1927. We are specialized in long aging cavas [24 months – 13 years] and make around 30,000 bottles per year. All our cavas are smooth, gastronomic and smart. Enjoy them with your meals or by the glass.
