CAVA ESMEL RESERVE AND GRAN RESERVE, ALL BUBBLES ARE NOT THE SAME
The Cava Esmel personality is given by the dossage. In barrels that had aged wine, now wines of native varieties of the area are rancid, being the FAMILY SECRET the mixture of the perfect balance of all these, which has just given it elegance on sparkling when added in the disgorgement.
