In 1957 we began the artisanal production of the first bottles of natural sparkling wines (CAVA), using the method 'méthode champenoise' now called traditional method.
In 1980 we built our present cellars, in the middle of our vineyards and it is where two families now continue with the same illusion of the beginnings, uniting the agricultural tradition with industrial modernity.
