Cavas Blancher (winegrowers and producers since 1955) founded by Antonio Capdevila Pujol and Teresa Blancher Solanes, currently run by the third generation Josep, Ramon, and Enric Carbo Planas. Located in the center of Sant Sadurní D'Anoia, it have 5 floors, three of which are underground, built with the typical Catalan vault. We handle the entire production process, "elaborador integral" from grape pressing to final labeling, and we only produce reserva and gran reserva cavas. Pioneers of wine tourism in the capital of cava, open Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We offer audiovisual presentations, guided tours, a museum, a wine bar, a catering room, a shop, and a picnic area.
