We are a family estate in Alt Penedès dedicated to viticulture and the production of cava as independent growers and producers. We carry out the entire process on our estate, from vineyard work to pressing, winemaking and ageing. We mainly produce Brut Nature cavas using traditional varieties: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada. Our wines are aged in glazed concrete tanks, ensuring stability and respect for the product. We commit to ageing periods from +18 months up to more than +90 months to achieve expression, complexity and authenticity.
