In the Vives Ambròs winery we are specialized in premium sparling wines (Cava) with a very long aging up to 8 years, handmade and with very limited productions.
Especially betting on high quality as endorsed by the large number of awards obtained over the more than 20 years we have been making sparkling wines using the Champenoise Method.
With 24 hectares of its own ecological vineyard, it’s a family winery with a long winemaking tradition of 5 generations that have been part of its history and which have evolved from dedicating themselves only to the care and sale of grapes, through the production of bulk wines until Enric Vives, with his university degree in oenology, opted for . the elaboration and bottling of high-quality long-aging cavas.
We have a cellar excavated underground, using the old winery lagar as a ageing area for our sparkling wines.
