Molí Parellada, a small familiar cellar born in 1987 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, produces and exports their cavas from the heart of Penedès region to the rest of the world. Francisco Dominguez, aenologyst and CEO, is the strenght behind Molí Parellada's cavas, which represents the autenthic tradition from the region of Penedès, including his own personality, making them exclusive.
The cavas of Molí Parellada are the reflect of the land from they where come, with a mediterranian clima, cold winters and hot summers that define their wines balanced with personality.
Molí Parellada is the personal project of Francisco Dominguez, who has been success to give to his different cavas a delicate balance between tradition, innovation and quality.
