From the beginning, in 1920, to this day, Ramon Giró i Gramona has followed his artisanal vocation of his ancestors. His long experience has allowed him to make high quality wines and cavas in small runs, selecting crops that are considered excellent, in order to maturate a Wine or a cava until its optimum point of pleasant sensations.
Recognized for this effort with Gold and Silver Medals in international competitions for several of our wines and cavas, it has motivated us to move forward and be able to present our products with an artisan vocation and a strong personality. We organize visits to one of the oldest cavas in Sant Sadurní, the Cava Montaner, where we made the first cava. Our sensitivity for sustainability and the environment has led us to make all our wines and cavas with ORGANIC certification. Today we complement our work with the ecological viticulture of our vineyards, of sant Sadurní and Gelida, and with spaces, like the PATI DE CAL REI, in which to be able to enjoy and share our passion. The wine is in our blood, and we would dare to say, that in our genes.
