After a long tradition in the production of family cavas, Joan Carol’s passion and concern led him in 1996 to found Carol Vallès.The strong commitment to the traditional method, the unique blends and the long aging make that, little by little, the cellars of the estate are becoming a name, until reaching various recognitions and collecting prestigious awards.Currently, the second generation, Guillem and his team have taken the helm of Carol Vallès. And it has done so with the same concern, passion and values that saw the birth of the project: a strong commitment to the environment, the long aging of cava, a strong commitment to sustainability and wine tourism.
