Bodegas Dehesa de Arriba (Grupo Martínez Paiva)

Bodegas Dehesa de Arriba is located in the town of Almendralejo, Badajoz (Martínez Paiva Group).
Our vineyards, from which we make our cavas, are monitored from pruning to the final product. All of them are within the municipality of Almendralejo, the only one in Extremadura approved for the production of wines with D.O. CAVA
The grapes are the starting point for us and it is essential to ensure their quality, our varieties are Macabeo and Chardonnay, our winery is the only one in Almendralejo with the Chardonnay variety in D.O.
The process of elaboration of our cavas involves time and effort, we use the latest technology, and we are committed to innovative oenological techniques, always combining tradition and knowledge.
