Uncorking a bottle of Avinyó Cava means much more than just opening a quality Cava made in an organic, artisanal way, and with a limited production. Behind this wine, there are hundreds of years of history. Our farmhouse dates back to the 16th century, and our vineyards on the different estates are cultivated with loyalty and respect for the 14 generations who have tended the vines, and making Cava at Can Fontanals, for more than 400 years.
Today our range of Cavas is the result of this wealth of experience and the application of state-of-the-art knowledge of viticulture and oenology.
