On 8 October, 25 wine lovers were able to enjoy a first-class virtual tasting with the Scottish Master of Wine Rose Murray Brown.
The long-awaited tasting had been planned as an in-person event at the Foodies Festival in Edinburgh, but due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it was held virtually. The attendees were able to enjoy and follow this exceptional guided tasting of seven Cavas at home.
"The acceptance and interest in Cava is very high," says Rose Murray. “The perception of Cava changes once participants learn about its origins, its traditional method of production, and bottle aging, and once they taste the Cava.”
