Spanish Wine Scholar Guild: D.O. Cava webinar, by Javier Pagés
On 26th May, the president of the D.O. Cava, Javier Pagés, will give an online seminar for current students and alumni of the international Wine Scholar Guild™ Program.
In this seminar, which has aroused much interest, Javier will talk about the D.O. Cava, explaining and highlighting the new segmentation and zoning regulations.
The Spanish Wine Scholar Guild™ program is the most advanced and comprehensive course on the wines of Spain, taught in digital format in more than 30 countries, and face-to-face in the United States. The training course takes a regional approach and analyses all the Denominations of Origin of Spanish wine, and the factors that shape their identities.
