It's Cava Time - Online seminars in Poland

During the end of May and beginning of June, Cava is present in the Polish market in the first line of the 14 stores of the Fine Wine specialized stores.

The promotion, under the claim "It's Cava time", also includes webinars to promote Cava among professionals of the sector. Thus, on May 31st two educational seminars will take place:

At 10 am there will be a meeting between chefs and professional clients of Fine Wine to show the versatility of Cava. Chef Marek Siol will prepare different recipes to be paired with 9 Cavas of different categories and styles, commented by the renowned sommelier Michal Stykowski.

At 6 pm there will be a session between professional sommeliers and private clients of the Fine Wine stores, commented by the same sommelier Michal Stykowski.


Marek Siol is a young chef with extensive professional experience. For five years he has been in charge of the team at The Nago Sushi & Sake restaurant, specializing in modern Japanese and Asian cuisine. He is also the author of the cooking blog Hungary Eyes, in which he publishes recipes mostly of European cuisine, in a simple and accessible format. Siol is passionate about sharing his knowledge, which is why he also conducts culinary sessions for beginners and professionals.

Michał Stykowski is a sommelier and a member of the Polish Sommelier Association. He collaborates for the wine company Wine rePublic. Michał is the first person in Poland to receive the title of Spanish Wine Scholar from the American Wine Scholar Guild, confirming his extensive knowledge of Spanish wines.
