On March 30, the D.O. Cava will be present at Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España with a revealing tasting of different styles and types of Cavas paired with the cuisine of the Michelin-starred restaurant Grupo Kabuki.
Víctor Serrano, one of Kabuki's chefs, Consuelo País, sommelier of the same restaurant and a professional from the wine sector, will present the versatility of Cava and the select pairing between Cava and the Mediterranean-Japanese fusion gastronomy to the 40 professionals attending the event.
Madrid Fusion Food from Spain, is one of the most important gastronomic congresses in the world. This year it will celebrate its twentieth edition in person with all its stages and exhibition fair in Hall 14 of the Ifema Madrid Exhibition Center from March 28 to 30, 2022.
