Virtual tasting in Poland: "D.O. CAVA: new era of excellence" by Germán Muñoz
The expert international wine consultant Germán Muñoz, will present a Masterclass and virtual tasting to professionals of the Polish market on November 30.
Under the title "D.O. CAVA: new era of excellence", Muñoz will highlight the particularities and uniqueness of Cava, taking into account its origins, terroir, grape varieties and traditional winemaking method as some of the pillars of its great quality.
A series of specific Webinars for wine professionals in the Polish market (importers, Horeca channel, Sommeliers, chefs, potential buyers), with the aim of promoting the benefits of Cava as well as its new segmentation and zoning.
Germán Muñoz, with numerous diplomas, including those of Agricultural Engineer, Master in Oenology, Viticulture, Wine Marketing, as well as his professional experiences in France, in Spain in the Pesquera group or at the European Commission in Brussels, is an expert and passionate about terroirs, also known as a disseminator of the wine sector through "Terroir 34".
