Pedro Ballesteros, Agronomist and Master in Viticulture and Enology from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. In Benelux he obtained the WSET Diploma and in London he became a member of the Institute of Masters of Wine. He currently works at the European Union headquarters in Brussels.
Roberto Duran, Head Sommelier at 67 Pall Mall Singapore. Best International Sommelier in Cava 2019, his passion for wine and dedication to providing great service has led him to lead the sommelier team at 67 Pall Mall Singapore. He has worked in some of the most renowned restaurants in Spain and abroad, like Miramar and Mirror.
