Led by Pedro Ballesteros, Master of Wine, and Roberto Duran, sommelier of international reference, we will live a unique experience, through a tour of the most representative Cavas of each of the 14 integral winemakers that the D.O. CAVA currently has. (Agustí Torelló Mata, Alta Alella, Avinyó, Bodegas Escudero, Can Suriol, Celler Carles Andreu, Gatell, Giró del Gorner, Juvé & Camps, Parató Vinícola, Parés Baltà, Torné & Bel, Vins el Cep and Vins Família Ferrer), highlighting the link with the soil, the vineyard, and the splendor of its native varieties.

Pedro Ballesteros, Agronomist and Master in Viticulture and Enology from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. In Benelux he obtained the WSET Diploma and in London he became a member of the Institute of Masters of Wine. He currently works at the European Union headquarters in Brussels.
Roberto Duran, Head Sommelier at 67 Pall Mall Singapore. Best International Sommelier in Cava 2019, his passion for wine and dedication to providing great service has led him to lead the sommelier team at 67 Pall Mall Singapore. He has worked in some of the most renowned restaurants in Spain and abroad, like Miramar and Mirror.
