Cava pairing at the two-starred Zurriola restaurant in Japan

A special press lunch will take place on 1 June, coinciding with the first day of the eagerly awaited Cava Discovery Week in Tokyo, Japan (see above).

We will offer a pairing menu at the two-Michelin-starred Zurriola restaurant, with a very limited seating capacity for a select group of 10 Japanese journalists.

Zurriola is a small but elegant restaurant located in the central Tokyo district of Azabu-juban. With two Michelin stars, this emblematic restaurant serves haute cuisine inspired by the traditional flavours of Basque gastronomy, with Japanese touches.

Its owner and celebrated Japanese chef, Seiichi Honda, will prepare a superb menu for the occasion, to showcase the different flavours with which Cava can be paired. His menu will demonstrate, once again, the versatility of Cava, as well as its high quality and close links with gastronomy.

The safety measures for the pandemic situation are guaranteed by the restaurant, as well as full sanitary protocols, including separation panels between diners.
