Ingredients

40 ml Rajolí (Catalan brandy)
30 ml home-made raspberry shrub, made with fresh raspberries and Catalan red wine vinegar
10 ml home-made citrus liqueur, made using the zest and pulp of the citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime and mandarin)
80 ml Cava de Guarda Brut Nature
To garnish: A mix of dried flowers - mallow and marigold.

Instructions

Start off with 40 ml Rajoli, which is Catalan brandy.

Add the home-made citrus liqueur made with mandarin, grapefruit, lemon lime and orange, and then the raspberry shrub.

Finish with a top of Cava de Guarda Brut Nature.

Stir gently to blend.

Garnish with a mix of dried flowers - mallow and marigold.
