Harlem’s Clay Restaurant fluid, ever-changing menu and charming, inviting atmosphere has earned its well-deserved listing in the MICHELIN Guide. All produce, meats and fish are sourced from small, local suppliers, and the same goes for wines and spirits. For Cava Discovery Week, Clay will dedicate their highly coveted by-the-glass sparkling wine pours on two renowned terroir- and quality-driven producers from the heart of Cava: Avinyó and Agustí Torelló Mata. Try them with one of Clay’s highly regarded pastas (squid ink calamarata with crab, Fresno chile and crispy garlic) or duck leg confit sporting nicely rendered skin plated with smoky farro and braised collard greens.
