The Art of Cava Tasting with Sophia Longhi

Thanks to the keen interest of the UK market, and with the help of Sophia Longhi, founder of Skin+Pulp blog and WSET qualified wine expert, we brought Cava closer to the end consumer through a tasting of Premium Cavas.

Twenty-five lucky wine-lovers attended this limited-seating evening, enjoying a small, enlightening and high-quality tasting. One of the best ways to discover superb wines with bubbles and the art of tasting Cava.
