This eagerly awaited online tasting of Cavas de Guarda Superior Gran Reserva and Paraje Calificado was accompanied and guided by the highly knowledgeable and renowned sommelier Ferran Centelles, member of the El Bulli Foundation team and correspondent in Spain for JancisRobinson.com.
In this high-level tasting, some 30 professionals enjoyed the second edition of the Tour of Cava Excellence, discovering authentic delights that came as a happy surprise to the 30 participating sommeliers.
New high-quality proposals lend themselves to being paired with very special dishes, as Ferran Centelles pointed out:
