From 14 to 24 October, the restaurants on the avenue with the most Michelin stars in Spain, Passeig de Gracia in Barcelona, offered exceptional pairing proposals in hedonistic harmony with Cava, including tasting menus from the establishments’ outstanding chefs.
Alma Barcelona, Almanac Barcelona, Claris Hotel & Spa, Majestic Hotel & Spa, y Mandarin Oriental are some of the participant restaurants of this edition. More than 8,000 dishes were sold on the gastronomic route, as well as a total of 1,132 tasting menus for those who wanted to enjoy a more complete gastronomic experience. The menus included a minimum of three glasses of Cava from different wineries to accompany the culinary creations designed for this occasion.
Passeig de Gourmets festival was a unique opportunity to learn about the versatility of different types of Cava for pairing with a wide variety of gastronomic proposals prepared by the most prestigious Spanish chefs.
