The art of food and wine pairing is always a guaranteed success with Cava, a unique wine that offers endless possibilities thanks to its different styles, either by aging or by dosage.
The renowned wine educator and blogger Shakera Jones (Wine Enthusiast's 40 under 40, Black Girls Dine Too and A Glass for Every Palate) presented a virtual seminar with a selection of Cavas and different pairing suggestions during Cava Discovery Week in the United States.
Under the title A Cava for Every Dish, this webinar showed once again the versatility of Cava and its strong link with gastronomy, suggesting different styles and types of Cava to pair with some of the trendiest ingredients and dishes in American gastronomy. Alta Alella Mirgin Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2017, Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia Gran Reserva Brut Nature, Vilarnau Brut Reserva, and Roger Goulart Coral Rosé were the four premium Cavas that the 30 attendees of this acclaimed virtual event were able to taste.
