Tasting & Masterclass at Prowein 2023 - D.O. Cava: new era of excellence towards sustainability
On March 19, 2023 the DO Cava will open the tastings at Prowein, in the ICEX Pavilion (PO11). Thus, at 11 am there will be a Masterclass and tasting organized by the D.O. Cava to present the latest developments in the sector, educate about segmentation and zoning, publicize the new seal of integral producer and the commitment to sustainability, being 100% organic the category of Guarda Superior in 2025.
The tasting under the title "D.O. Cava: The new era of excellence towards sustainability" (D.O. Cava: Die neue Ära der Exzellenz in Richtung Nachhaltigkeit), will be conducted by the Cava Academy and Dip WSET Advanced Level Cava Trainer, Nicole Wolbers.
Nicole Wolbers, in addition to being a Cava Trainer accredited by the Cava Academy, is a great expert in sparkling wines as well as a WSET Diploma, trainer and wine consultant based in Germany, and has also participated in numerous renowned wine competitions.
