The D.O Cava will be present at the acclaimed Spains Great Match professional event in New York. An activity conceived as a meeting point between Spanish wineries and American importers and distributors, to publicize and present Cava to professionals in the sector and the country's specialized press.
Professional Masterclass: "The perfect pairing: the world of Cava flavor"
This delicious session will cover how Cava pairs with food, not just Spanish food, but a variety of flavors and cuisines from around the world. From the hand of aroma expert François Chartier, creator of the aromatic science of molecular harmonies, author of Tastebuds and Molecules: The Art and Science of Food, Wine and Flavor, to learn (and taste) how the different aging requirements of Cava designations, from Cava de Guarda to Cava de Guarda Superior de Paraje Calificado: naturally encourage variety in food combinations.
