Seminar "D.O. Cava: new era of excellence" in Poland
After the great success and interest of Polish professionals in Cava, we propose a second seminar under the title "D.O. Cava: New era of excellence".
A seminar in Webinar format that will be broadcasted live to more than 120 sommeliers and wine professionals from different cities in Poland. In this way, all of them from their corresponding wine clubs, training schools and associated restaurants can learn about the benefits of Cava as well as its new segmentation and zoning.
This seminar will highlight the particularities and uniqueness of Cava, taking into account its origins, terroir, grape varieties and traditional winemaking method as some of the pillars of its great quality. All this will be accompanied by a tasting of Premium Cavas with presence or in search of distribution in this potential market.
