International Seminar at Institute Masters Of Wine in United Kingdom
The week of April 11, a seminar on the Cava Appellation of Origin will take place in the United Kingdom, specifically in Odney, for the Institute of Masters of Wine.
A face-to-face meeting where Masters of Wine from different countries and students to Master of Wine Level 2, to deepen their knowledge about the world of wine in an extraordinary way, around high-level professionals.
For the occasion, a Masterclass will be given on the D.O. Cava, with emphasis on the new zoning and segmentation regulations, as well as tasting a selection of Premium Cavas selected for the occasion by MW Álvaro Ribalta.
A meeting where the ratio of 1,000 Riedels per student is barely enough for the week of MW's second-year seminars in Odney.
Seminars ranged from technical masterclasses on varietal winemaking, lectures, discussions and impressive wine tastings.
