We start the month of December with an Instagram Live on the official account of the D.O. Cava (@cava.do) with the acclaimed wine personality Regine T. Rousseau from Shall We Wine and the president of the Cava Appellation of Origin, Javier Pagés.
On December 1 at 5pm we will be waiting for you live to talk about some of the new developments of the DO, such as the new zoning regulations and to emphasize the results of the 2021 harvest.
Regine T. Rousseau has received her Level II certification from the International Sommelier Guild. She believes in the wine and spirits experience as an art form.
As a wine and spirits educator, Regine uses her unique platform and expertise to bring honest and engaging narratives to the spirit of the food and beverage community. Inspired to break down the boundaries between the beverage professional and the consumer, she takes easily perplexing topics and presents them in a lively and entertaining way.
