Educational seminar at Napa Valley Wine Academy
As part of the international training program of the D.O. Cava in the U.S. market, on August 10th we will hold a Masterclass at the Napa Valley Wine Academy.
Rick Fisher, director of the Spanish Wine Scholar Guild program and Advanced Cava Trainer, will present the particularities of Cava, the latest news within the D.O. as well as the high quality and versatility that is possible thanks to the traditional method of elaboration and the long aging of Cava.
The training session is aimed at 30 high-level professionals: San Francisco area wine trade, students and graduates of the Napa Valley Wine Academy, WSET Level 3 and Diploma, Wine Scholar Guild students.
The Napa Valley Wine Academy was founded in 2011, is currently WSET Diploma Provider, has more than 25,000 graduates and has been awarded twice as the best WSET school of the year.
