From September 18-24, the Future of Food festival, an exciting new series of experiences exploring sustainability in the food and restaurant sector, will take place for the first time. A total of 23 experiences, 17 chefs and 1 urban farm in Regent Street and St. James, organized by The Crown Estate.
For the occasion, the D.O. Cava will be the official beverage in the different activities and talks on sustainability and gastronomy, having visibility and representation in some of the key events of the festival.
The Festival is aimed at a foodie audience, food lovers and those interested in environmental issues, health and food culture.
