Cava Masterclass at the University of Gastronomic Sciences

A practical masterclass aimed at students of the "Food culture" Master's Degree at the Gastronomic University of Sciences from different international markets.

The University of Gastronomic Sciences, founded in 2004 by the international non-profit association Slow Food in cooperation with the Italian regions of Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna, is a private non-profit institution that is ministerially recognized by local governments.
