Cava Masterclass at École Hôtelière Ilon St. Jaques by Germán Muñoz
German Muñoz, wine expert and connoisseur of the Belgian market, will present at the École Hôtelière Ilon St. Jaques (Belgium) a Masterclass on Cava accompanied by a guided tasting of a representative selection of different types and styles of Cava.
Terroir, origin, grape varieties and the meticulous traditional method will be some of the points to be covered in this Masterclass on the prestigious Cava. The students of the hotel and catering school will be able to learn about the particularities of Cava and its versatility and infinite pairing options with any gastronomy in the world.
Germán Muñoz, with numerous diplomas, including those of Agricultural Engineer, Master in Oenology, Viticulture, Wine Marketing, as well as his professional experiences in France, in Spain in the Pesquera group or in the European Commission in Brussels, is an expert and passionate about terroirs, also known as a disseminator of the wine sector through "Terroir 34".
Belgium is one of the potential markets for Cava, therefore the training for future professionals of the sector as well as professionals already working in the sector is the objective of this series of trainings that will take place in some of the main schools in Belgium during the month of November.
