Cava Masterclass at the Sparkling Wine Festival in Germany
On June 19 we will be present at the Sparkling Wine Festival in Germany, one of the most important meetings in the calendar of professionals and lovers of sparkling wine made following the traditional method.
During the fair, we will give a Masterclass on Cava, in which we will present the novelties in the Designation of Origin as well as show the great quality and versatility under this seal of guarantee with a tasting of six Premium Cavas. All of this, by the hand of the Cava Trainer for the Cava Academy and Dip WSET, Nicole Wolbers.
Nicole Wolbers is a trainer, blogger and wine consultant based in Germany. In addition to being a Cava Trainer accredited by the Cava Academy, she is a great expert in sparkling wines as well as a WSET Diploma. She has participated in numerous renowned wine competitions.
After obtaining her diploma as a Cava trainer, she highlights the uniqueness of expression of Cava, in addition to the long aging, highlighting the potential of the territory of origin in addition to the tradition and work well done in the wineries that produce Cava. "The great quality of Cava is still off the radar of many German professionals, it is time to change it and show the great potential and quality of the bubbles under the Cava Appellation of Origin", says Wolbers.
