The leading Spanish wine show returns to Fira de Barcelona from February 6 to 8, 2023. The third edition of Barcelona Wine Week (BWW) will once again bring together the country's largest wine offer to show all its power and variety to national and international operators in the sector and contribute to the dynamization of the sector.
The Cava D.O. will have an important exhibition space at the fair, with the representation of some of its associated wineries, as well as organizing top-level presentations and tastings within the framework of the fair itself.

On February 6 at 12 noon, the activity "Cavas de elaboración integral: el distintivo de prestigio abrazado a la singularidad del terroir" will take place at the Sala Príncipe. Led by Pedro Ballesteros, Master of Wine, and Roberto Duran, sommelier of international reference, we will live a unique experience through a tour of the most representative Cavas of each of the 14 integral producers that the CAVA D.O. currently has.
On February 7 at 10.30 am in the Tasting Area will take place the "Omakase" Tasting of the versatility of CAVA through Japanese cuisine. The restaurant Zuara Sushi, one of the great novelties of the restoration of Madrid, which has recently achieved its first Michelin star, only 7 months after its opening, proposes an exclusive menu where we will discover the versatility of CAVA as a gastronomic element of the highest quality.
