Live Masterclasses at the American Wine Society's annual conference, by Deborah Parker Wong
The American Wine Society National Conference, the premier wine education event in the United States, returns in 2021. On November 5th, in New Jersey, seminars, wine presentations and tastings for American wine lovers will be held in person.
The event will be led by Deborah Parker Wong, DWSET, the esteemed communicator, journalist, and opinion leader, specialising in the wine and spirits industries.
Deborah Parker Wong, global wine editor of SOMM Journal and The Tasting Panel magazines, writes monthly industry columns and features on the global wine and spirits industries, with an emphasis on technology and trends. She is co-author of "1000 Great Everyday Wines" and contributes thought-provoking content to industry trade publications such as Wine Business Monthly.
As an approved programme provider (APP) for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Deborah offers Level 2 and 3 certifications. She presents tastings and educational seminars to professional audiences and consumers, as well as judging several wine competitions each year.
Security measures in the pandemic situation are guaranteed by the event organiser, who will closely monitor their evolution at a local level.
