5 black grapes
A pinch of sugar
20 ml lemon juice
50 ml gin
10 ml lavender liqueur
100 ml Cava de Guarda Superior Gran Reserva
To garnish: Natural lavender, red wine and grapes

Take the grapes first - this one is all about our Mediterranean flavours. You’re going to extract the must, because this is going to add freshness and sweetness to balance the acidity of the Cava.

Add the lemon juice and press the ingredients a little to extract all the juice.

Add gin and the lavender liqueur.

Finally we add the Cava de Guarda Superior Gran Reserva Brut Nature.

Stir well and add ice.

Garnish with more grapes. And add a little red wine and natural lavender top
