Ingredients
25 ml vodka
15 ml de Martini Fiero (blend of white wines, herbs, spices, orange and mandarin)
10 ml lime juice
15 ml sour apple juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Basil
Egg whites (stiff peaks)
Cava de Guarda Superior Gran Reserva Brut
Powdered sugar (burnt with a blowtorch)
Instructions

Add the vodka, then the Martini Fiero followed by the sour apple juice, and finally the lime juice and the sugar syrup.

Add a little fresh basil, and shake.

Strain and serve in a glass or cup with ice. Next, add a touch of whipped egg white.

Next, fill the glass with Cava de Guarda superior Gran Reserva Brut.

Finish with a little powdered sugar on top and burn with a blowtorch.
