Cava Discovery Week is back this autumn for a celebration of Spain’s most extraordinary sparkling wine - CAVA. Taking place from Friday 29th September – Sunday 8th October, this 10-day celebration will engage independent wine merchants and a selection of restaurants to shine a light on the incredible beath of styles that this famous D.O. has to offer.
A perfect opportunity to discover this glorious breadth of styles, José Pizarro and his team will be serving Cavas by the flight alongside a specially created tapa for the duration of Cava Discovery Week. Each flight will include three different Cavas ranging from Cava de Guarda to Cava de Guarda Superior Reserva, Gran Reserva and Cava Rosado.
