The renowned Premis Vinari 2022 awarded 89 medals to Cava, out of the 200 in the competition.
The Premis Vinari (Vinari Prizes) recognise the work of wineries and professionals in the Catalan wine sector. In this year's edition, the Cava D.O. was the most-awarded Designation of Origin, receiving a total of 89 medals in the different award categories, out of a total of 200, including five grand golds.
It is also worth mentioning that the Vallformosa winery once again won the Best Winery of the Year award, for the third consecutive year.
