A way to revolutionise how you savour your meals, as seen on the social networks of gastro-influencers Maria José Martínez (@lasrecetasdemj), Marta Sanahuja (@deliciousmartha) and Rosa Maria y Txell (@concucharaytenedor). These influencers from the food sector have joined together this Christmas to share with us their favourite sweet and savoury moments, accompanied by a glass of Cava.

María José (@lasrecetasdemj) is a leading player in the foodie world on social media, with more than 200,000 Instagram followers, and 1.3 m subscribers on YouTube. She prepares everything from tortilla chips with cheese, to avocado cannelloni with tuna tartare. On this occasion, her suggestion is a luxury appetiser, ideal to pair with a Cava de Guarda, as well as being a perfect festive treat: cockles with homemade sauce, toast with anchovies, toast with brie and baked grapes, toast with salmon tartar, and homemade pinchos.

Marta Sanahuja (@deliciousmartha), queen of food styling with nearly 450,000 Instagram followers, and with her own distinct style, has created multiple recipes using Cava, as well as using the wine to accompany many of her meals. She was named Cava Joven de Merito (Young Person of Distinction) in 2015 for her career and work in the world of gastronomy. As Marta says: “A meal without desserts is not a meal", so accompanied by a Cava de Guarda Superior Reserva Rosé, she offers us some delicious chocolates to decorate any table, especially at Christmas.

Mother and daughter from Barcelona have 54,000 followers on Instagram; they are known for using recipes that are simpler to make than they look, and they aim to make cooking more accessible. Each dish they prepare is a fine balance of textures, flavours and colours, producing extraordinary and sophisticated creations.
