Educational seminars at GuildSomm with Christopher Tanghe MS
As part of the D.O. Cava's international training program in the U.S. market, during the month of July we will conduct a series of training sessions in several states of the country with GuildSomm.
The two face-to-face sessions at Guildsomm will take place on July 25th for members in Chicago (Illinois) and on July 27th for members in Dallas (Texas). These training sessions will reveal the particularities of Cava, its history, zoning, segmentation, traditional methods, types of Cavas, gastronomic versatility, culminating with a guided tasting of different Premium Cavas.
GuildSomm is an international non-profit organization for wine professionals, which through quality training is able to elevate the wine industry. In this case, the Cava training will be led by Master Sommelier and director of GuildSomm's education program, Christopher Tanghe.
