3 strawberries
1 tsp sugar
Squeeze of lemon juice
Cava Reserva
Instructions

Blend the strawberries, lemon and sugar in a blender to make a syrup.

Add a splash of Cava to a flute glass. Pour the syrup and Cava into a shaker, fill with ice and stir gently.

Strain into a glass and top up with more Cava.
